On March 27 this forum opened its doors again. During four days, the whole industry came together in order to present innovations and benchmarking derivatives. It goes without saying that again we were one of the party.

Being world market leader in the slicer sector, we of course focused on slicing systems at this year’s Anuga FoodTec. Weber presented the circular and involute blade technology slicer types 904, 804, 604 as well as the Bacon Slicer 702. Moreover, the other core products of our portfolio – the Food Robotics, Skinners and Icers – played a crucial role on the trade fair. Innovations mainly in the food safety sector were exhibited. Optional hygiene sets considerably reduce the risk of contamination for modules such as peeling machines and Compact Loaders. In terms of visitors and prospects Anuga FoodTec once again was a succesful trade show.
