On this evening at Weber, students can learn about the course of technical or commercial vocational training, and what happens in the background of an industrial company, and put their questions to trainees and instructors at Weber Maschinenbau. The guests were also able to discover the activities and areas of application behind the vocational training professions or the cooperative education programmes.
Among other things, a cutting demonstration and a comprehensive tour of the plant are planned. Interested parents are also welcome to get to know the company.
Weber Maschinenbau employs a staff of 500 at the company's location in Breidenbach – with 1000 in total at ten locations worldwide. Approx. ten percent of Weber's employees in Germany are currently taking part in vocational training or a cooperative education programme. The vocational training evening will start punctually at 6 p.m. (probable end: 9 p.m.).
