As a result of its compact design, the machine is ideal for craft businesses and medium-sized businesses. The automatic derinding of all cuts of pork, such as cheek, belly and fatback, as well as the top fat layer of the shoulder and ham, takes place in conveyor operation. This function makes it the perfect choice for efficiently processing very different cuts. In open operation, the AFS 460 is especially suited for manual derinding of all round, self-rotating cuts such as ham, shoulder, and pork shank. This allows flexible use as needed. A further advantage is the innovative folding mechanism of the infeed belt, which allows fixed attachment to the machine without requiring removal. This makes handling easier for the user. The machine can also be used for tendon removal and skinning of veal and, depending on the cut, of game as well. This versatility makes it a valuable addition to every meat processing business. Various pressing units, belt coverings, and blade holders allow product-specific equipment, while guide plates ensure an optimum product guidance.
